Welcome and a brief explantion

On May 5, 2009, a group of Chuck fans came up with the idea of the Have A Heart - Renew Chuck AHA Campaign as a way to keep up the momentum of the SAVE CHUCK movement between the Finale and a Footlong event and May 19, the day that Chuck's fate was to be announced.

With the AWESOME renewal news, we are asking Chuck fans to again (or for the first time) donate to the AHA -- any amount, no matter how small -- to thank NBC for their continued support of our favorite show. For every contribution made, an acknowledgment card and an email are sent from the AHA to NBC executives Ben Silverman or Angela Bromstad, thus allowing fans a direct link to the decision makers. This blog outlines the donation procedure with easy step-by-step instructions.

This campaign will continue through the summer and next season as another way for viewers to let their voices be heard by NBC. We will seek to provide this and other ideas to help keep Chuck on the air for many seasons to come so please stay tuned for further developments. Thank you, Chuck Fans, for doing your part to keep Chuck alive!

Here's the link to the Have A Heart - Renew Chuck Campaign Tribute Page at the American Heart Association website. Please note that only donations made using the procedures outlined in this blog will result in a card being sent to Ben Silverman from the AHA. Donations made through the tribute page will not and individuals who choose to donate through the tribute page are encouraged to send their own notes to Mr. Silverman informing NBC of their support of Chuck and the American Heart Association. The box on the tribute page reflects the true dollar amount of donations that have been made but not the number of donations. That information will be updated in the text to the left of the box.
